Kinney grew up being involved with the production of replacement cattle and performance horses up in North East Texas. He is a graduate of Texas A&M. After graduation he went into the insurance world where he developed his ability to appraise and evaluate machinery as an adjuster. He went on from there and is currently the manager and salesman for Lester Equipment Company LLC. He enjoys time with family and friends, roping, hunting, and fishing.

Erin grew up on the family farm, raising livestock and competing in livestock shows and horse shows. She also went to Texas A&M where she received her Bachelors of Science and her Master’s degree in Veterinary Physiology. She is the manager at Texas A&M Large Animal Clinic and functions as the CFO of Lester Equipment Company LLC. In her off time she enjoys time with her family and friends, hunting, fishing and other family outings.
